“Maison Porcella” was created in 2018 by Chef Marc-Henri Jean-Baptiste. Based in Sonoma County, he shares his passion for charcuterie and French cuisine, sourcing his ingredients locally and uses technics learned during his years working in France. Italy and America.
Proud awardee of the Slow Food movement, Marc-Henri & his wife Maud recently opened their first retail and Bistro in Windsor where they serve lunch.
Their Croque-Monsieur was named “Best on this side of the Atlantic” by Sonoma Magazine. The Specialty in the house is “Parisian Style-Ham” and you will find a selection of pâtés & specialties that will surely take you straight back to France!
